How does your service work?
Patients enter through one of the members of our network of sites to learn about surgery and to research doctors. We then give them the opportunity to request a consultation. Once they have completed a short form, our staff places the phone call to start our pre-screening process of the client. If, and only if, they pass our 8-step screening process do we book them into local Board Certified plastic surgeon's offices in their area. We will send them reminders the day before the appointment and follow up with the patient after the appointment to receive feedback we hope will be valuable to you in cultivating your practice.

How many doctors do you allow in each city?
We are currently looking for 4 doctors in most cities and 6 doctors for very large cities. Unlike other plastic surgery sites, our model works best with a few good plastic surgeons in every area. That way we can monitor quality and performance and know that we are constantly providing customers (and our doctors) with the best results.

How do you find patients?
CertifiedPlasticSurgeons.com and FindCosmeticSurgeons.com are part of a larger network called GetMeQuotes.com. Get Me Quotes has been around for 5 years and has millions of customers utilizing its functionality to find a variety of services in their area. We utilize this existing network, along with a strong mix of marketing and advertising both online and in traditional marketing avenues to insure a constant flow of potential patients to the site.

Where do you advertise?
We advertise on Google, Yahoo, and MSN primarily. These are the top search engines in the field and we have onsite experts who constantly monitor advertising and search engine optimization for the best possible results. We are currently looking into partnerships with several related sites and will continue to build our networking and advertising matrices as the company progresses.

How many patients can I expect each month?
Of course, this depends on your area of practice. We will work to provide you with the highest number of possible patients you can meet with from the site. And, with our constant improvements and advertising and marketing investments, you should see a steady increase as your membership with CertifiedPlasticSurgeons.com matures.

What if a patient does not show up for an appointment?
Our rigorous 8-step screening process is meant to weed out customers that are not serious about seeking consultation. We call and remind patients the day prior to their appointments. And, we collect credit cards on about 60% of our customers with the understanding that there will be a $50 fee if they do not show up. If these measures fail, be sure that doctors will not be charged for a no-show. In fact, we will try to rebook another patient into the doctor's office immediately.

What makes you different from other sites?
We are the only site that gets paid on performance. We do not lock you in to long contracts because we know that the level of service you receive insures your continued membership.

What if I want to book my own patients?
Many doctors prefer this method. The process is the same, with the exception that you do the booking instead of us. Just make sure that you request this during your first week so that we can administer your membership in this way.

Do you offer financing?
Yes. And, unlike other financing services, the company we partner with does not charge any fees to the doctors. If you prefer to do your own patient financing let us know and we will not offer it to the patients we book at your office.

The 8-step screening process includes:

Finding the patients
Pre-screening through a series of questions
Assisting with financing
Educating them (3D-demos, articles and before-and-after photos)
Direct booking consultation with your office
Collecting credit card information
Reminding the patient of the appointment
Follow-up to gain valuable feedback for your practice

What if I want to cancel?
If you would like to cancel, simply make a request in writing. A 30-day notice is required. Any pre-paid, unused funds will be refunded.
